The clinicopathologic characteristics of the head and neck Synovial sarcoma are scant. The parotid gland localization of this unusual neoplasm of mesenchymal derivation is most likely to be misdiagnosed as primary mesenchymal, myoepithelial, or metastatic neoplasm.

We report a case of synovial sarcoma in the parotid gland in a young enfant that underwent total resection of the parotid tumor after the failure of the initial chemotherapy. Adding to many studies, to determine the radiologic and histologic features that lend a hand in the proper diagnostic, as well as highlighting the prognostic factors for a favorable outcome.
